Eczema Diet – Discover 3 Superfoods to Melt Eczema

Eczema Diet - I received an email recently which read:

“Please, please help me. I have suffered with eczema for so long I can’t remember my life without it. You suggest that I change my diet.

But I eat very healthy foods. Here is what I ate today.

Breakfast – 2 cups of Coffee. Some fruit. Slice of Toast with margarine. Sugared flakes and milk.

Midmorning – Chocolate Bar and Coffee. Doughnut or slice of fruit cake.

Lunch – Cream Cheese Sandwich. Roast Beef Sandwich. Cup of Coffee. Yoghurt and Sponge Cake with Custard.

Dinner – Eggs, Bacon, Sausage with Coffee. Four slices of bread.

I eat regularly and well before 8pm.”

This emailer was under the belief that she was eating quite healthily.

But she was eating almost no fresh foods and vegetables. And she was eating a lot of red meat and fried foods.

In my reply to her I suggested she included three Superfoods into her daily diet. She should increase her intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and increase her essential fatty acid intake.

I also suggested she cut out all white flour and foods made from it and that she replaced her coffee drinking and with purified water.

The reason for the Superfood inclusion is as follows:
