Atopic Eczema Dermatitis
Atopic dermatitis/eczema?
Hello everyone,
I have these rashes along the inner thighs of my body. I recently got diagnosed with atopic dermatitis/eczema by my doctor. He prescribed be a special cream to ease the outbreak. I have been using it for 2 weeks, but it does not seem to make these rashes go away. However, I know that eczema/atopic dermatitis is not curable but treatable. I was wondering what I can do to help prevent and make these rashes go away. I am a very clean person, am not very allergic to many things, and take care of my body well.
Although eczema can occur anywhere on the skin, certainly the inner thighs are not a common area for that. Was it a dermatologist who diagnosed it for you? If not, then I'd certainly see the expert! (Of course, I'm a dermatologist, so i might be a bit prejudiced).
