Is Vaseline Intensive Care lotion ok to use on my toddler's sensitive skin?
My 18 month old son has extremely sensitive skin and eczema. I constantly struggle to keep the eczema under control. I recently bought Vaseline Intensive Care lotion, the hypoallergenic/unscented kind to try. It doesn't say suitable for babies, but not all do. Has anyone tried this? I've already tried Aveeno and at least 5 other kinds.
My son has eczema and yes i use it and i do aveeno oatmeal baths every two weeks or so. Lotion eveytime out of the bath and only bath every two to three days! Aveeno also has a calimine cream that works really well on out breaks of itch and if the lotion stings sometimes i switch to just vaseline for a couple of days!! Try not to let them get to warm either and I use All free and clear laundry deturgent and now so does his daycare... I know that this is a little bit more detail then you asked but i have been through a lot of trials with him!! lol And if my experience can help you then Yay for you!!
