Baby Eczema Yogurt

my 4 year old only eats fruits, milk, yogurt and crackers. How will this affect his growth?he's healthy though
when he was born he got baby eczema and eating protein triggers the itchiness. The doctor said don't give him protein foods till he overcomes the eczema. But by the time he is 2 years old , he is not used to eating meat products and would only eat fruits, yogurt and milk, popcorn and crackers. He's is a little short for his age so i'm not sure if it's because of his poor protein intake or could it be genetics.
Since you are feeding him yogurt, try giving him cheese.
Also try cutting up some lunch meat - turkey or ham.
If you are trying giving him more protein, maybe scramble an egg with cheese in it, or try spreading a little peanut butter on some crackers.
Maybe his stature is due to his lack of protein - just try a few things and experiment. His tummy might not be used to it - but it will adjust with a little at a time.
