Cure Bad Psoriasis
I have Psoriasis what do i do?
Does anybody else out there have as bad as i do or have had it as bad as i do. I have it on my scalp, in my beard, and starting in my eyebrows. if you have/had it what did you do to stop it, prevent, or cure it any OTC things?

My mum has had Psoriasis for years and has gone to pretty much every doctor available, you have a different type to her though as it is on your scalp, i presume it is making you loose patches of hair?
I don't know if this would help you at all but pure goats milk soap can be effective for you, it has been for my mum, it's worth a try.
Another suggestion is Argan oil, though this may be pretty difficult to source as it is from southwestern Morocco this is apparently very rich in Vitamin E and also is rich in Omega-3 fatty acids that help relieve the inflammation of Psoriasis. contains 80% unsaturated fatty acids.
Swimming in the ocean can be a big help
Another suggestion is treating it with UV light (sun light or tanning bed)
Otherwise you have the option of taking oral steroids or some steroid ointment which your doctor could prescribe you.
Just so you know for prevention:
Things that aggravate and precipitate the outbreak of Psoriasis are physical and emotional stress, infections, and use of certain medicines for the treatment of other conditions.
