okay, so im 17 and i've had psoriasis since i was 9.it makes me depressed sometimes because i don't think im ever going to 'grow out of it' like they said i might do.i dont know what to do sometimes.i know that ill be stuck with psoriasis for life because it cannot be cured but what treatments can you use for psoriasis because every treatment i have tried just doesnt work.i know i dont have psoriasis as bad as some people but i feel that maybe i could be myself again if it went away for a while.Anyway Any responses Would be Nice..

step 1-try pure coconut oil, apply all the time and very often
you can also try different oil and some info on the net about oil
Step 2-Go on a healthy diet.Make sure you get all your glyconurients (good sugars)
Step 3- Avoid contact with any kind of chemicals whatsoever
