Diagnosis Eczema

is this eczema?
my doctor never actually gave me a diagnosis of eczema, instead saying it was a minor allergic reaction to the detergents, I had to diagnose myself recently and I'm fairly confident with my self diagnosis...
up untill 4 years ago, my hands were fine, I never had any skin problems except acne and occasional overtanning.
4 years ago I was helping my mom clean the house, I decided to wash the kitchen floor with lysol, and later helped my mom do the dishes, thus exposing my bare hands to the lysol and dish soap, ever since then I have a percistent rash on my right hand that until recently would come and go, but now is almost constant and even worsening.
it seems to get worse with stress, and of course when ever I use even normal hand soaps. its only on one hand... is it eczema?
more precisely, its only on one finger, and around the knuckles of the whole hand.
can exposure of the bare skin to detergents cause eczema?
It could be either eczema or psoriasis. My advice would be to go to a different doctor, preferrably a dermatologist. If necessary they will take a biopsy to tell you for sure.
