Dietary Eczema

Eczema developing in an older baby?
Emma is 7.5 months and a few days ago I noticed some patchy rough skin on her elbow. It has now turned into a quarter sized spot. She has never had any skin issues before. Has this happened to anyone else? The odd thing is when she was a couple of months old her pediatrician told me not to be surprised if she developed eczema...I had not idea why she suggested that except that she is light skinned and blue eyed and maybe babies like that are more prone? Anyways, what is good for it? Are there any dietary guidelines?
My son has had exczema since he was born and we use the Aveeno body wash and lotion because babies with eczema can not have "soap" body wash. The Aveeno moisturizes and does not dry out the babies skin like a Johnson's or something. Also now that it is Summer I ma seeing his eczema getting worse. So, do not ever heat the baby or do anything that would ma the baby sweaty. But, that I know of there are no dietary guidelines.
Good luck!
Clearing Up Irritated Eczema Skin
I wanted to talk to you about clearing up irritated eczema skin. There are a lot of people out there that have eczema skin problems. For the most part it is tolerable, but you can just have those days where it's unbelievably irritated. The sad part about this skin condition is that it can lag on for years because there isn't a commonly known cure for the problem. People can grow very frustrated with that skin condition because of that and it's even worse when it's on your face. I remember it used to get so irritated that I would scratch it to the point that I had open sores. I'm going to talk to you about clearing up irritated eczema skin. I've tried every cream you can think of and none of them ever worked. I grabbed moisturizers from around the house and they did absolutely nothing for the problem. I even got special creamed that was designed for eczema. You should know that these creams are not designed for eczema. They're just really thick moisturizers that they slap the word eczema onto. It's also important to note that my doctor even recommended cream for me that ended up not working. Clearing up irritated eczema skin has to come from the inside out. There has to be a particular reason why your body produces the skin condition and the most likely reason is that your body isn't producing enough skin hormones. That basically translates to you not eating enough dietary fat. Get yourself some fish oil and have a few tablespoons a day. After a few weeks you'll be cured.
