Foundation/concealer for acne and eczema prone skin?

I'm 14 years old and I'm trying to find a foundation that wouldn't irritate my skin. I have eczema almost everywhere. Sometimes, it shows up on my face. Also, some acne scars (I think, well it looks dark with a white middle spot). Is there any foundation/concealer that wouldn't irritate my skin. Something without talc or bismuth 'cause I've heard that irritates the skin. Make sure it's not cakey either. The current condition of my skin is not too bad, but I have my acne days. So any teens or women or beauticians willing to help? Thanks!
