Eczema Bottom Foot

I need advice for my psoriasis?
I'm 17 and I play basketball. During my season by psoriasis (on my feet) gets really really bad. I also have eczema which causes painful clusters of blisters on the bottoms of my feet. As you can probably guess, it's extremely hard to run on my feet, but I've always played through it. We recently got new team shoes and right away the psoriasis started creeping up my ankle where the shoe is tightest. I use a cream (can't think of the name off the top of my head) and a tar on my feet, and it's been the thing that has helping the most, but right now it's getting bad really fast and I was just wondering if anyone has any advice? Also any advice for the extreme itch?? Thanks you.
Where can I find this product?
The main cause of psoriasis is overreaction of the immune system. Keeping it in a balanced state is the key point of battling this disease. I try to eat healthy food and avoid stress as much as I can.
After using number of prescription drugs I've turned to the natural treatments.
Now I use serenaskin herbal remedies , which aim at the root of the disease - the immune system, and are steroid-free.
After about 2 weeks of using ointment and spray my skin has been cleared up and now I just continue with psoriasis extract, which controls the immune system. My skin has been clear for months now.
It is the only treatment I have found that provides me complete relief when I use it as directed.
