Eczema Breathing

Do i have asthma?
I mean... i have allergies... but there very mild. In the spring and summer i might sneeze here and there. And my eyes might itch badly and my nose gets runny. I also have Eczema. I'm growing out of it. I used to have it all over my hands and it was really bad but now it's just sometimes aroung my legs because i run a lot and sweat.
I never had any breathing problems or anything.... maybe when im running i have to take a little break but i guess thats normal. I don't feel like im having an astmha attack at all.
So i would definatly know if i have it or not.. right? Or will i develop it over the years. I don't think no one in my family has it so....
I mean having allergies PLUS Eczema it's pretty HIGH to also have Astmah..
oopps. i spelled it wrong. Sorry.
well u fit the description of an ALLERGIC individual or what is said in medical terms as " ATOPIC individual "
Atopic individuals usually have insect bite allergies , eczema , itching eyes and stuff like that .... but being atopic is nothing to worry about ...it just means ure overly senstive to some stuff ... and if u stay away from them u will be ok....
But atopic people tend to develop what is called as " seasonal asthma " like u might get it in spring but it won't be very severe .... if ever u had a wheeze goto a doc and he will probably give u a inhaler to use whenever u start wheezing .... nothing else would be needed
Word of advice they are also usually allergic to sea food and egg yolk .... if u have'nt tried them before....try eating a little the first time
So cheer up swts ... and hey i heard atopic people are cute too

Information on Eczema – 5 Healthy Benefits of Chewing your Food
How would you like to make an immediate change to the condition of your eczema skin?
There is plenty you can do to change the condition of your eczema. However you can dramatically increase the amount of nutrients your body absorbs by chewing your food thoroughly.
If you chew your food between 30 and 40 times you will dramatically improve the digestion of your food.
If you suffer with any disease such as eczema it is because your body is not receiving the proper type and amount of nutrients it needs.
You can immediately increase the amount of nutrients you absorb by chewing your food slowly and thoroughly.
You see when you bite into any food the digestive process begins immediately in your mouth. However, if you tend to bite and swallow then the food will pass down the digestive tract without proper digestion.
Foods that have not been broken down arrive in the intestine partially digested and begin to ferment. Fermentation results in excess gas and bloating. This can result in you feeling sluggish, irritable, itchy and moody.
By thoroughly chewing your food you can avoid all the above and enhance your digestive processes.
There are many eczema benefits to chewing your food thoroughly including the following:
Healthy Benefits of Chewing – Tip #1
When you chew your food thoroughly you dramatically improve your immunity. Chewing stimulates the release of a hormone named parotin, which is responsible for the strengthening, and protection of your immune system.
Healthy Benefits of Chewing – Tip #2
When you chew your food thoroughly you improve your elimination. When you chew thoroughly the consistency of your waste is balanced. This results in easy and rapid expulsion of all waste and the elimination of toxin.
Healthy Benefits of Chewing – Tip #3
When you chew your food thoroughly you reduce the likelihood of an acidic system. People who suffer with disease and sickness more than likely have an acidic digestive system. By chewing your foods you create more of an alkaline system which is excellent for your eczema skin.
Healthy Benefits of Chewing – Tip #4
When you chew your food thoroughly you improve your mind and spirit. Whilst you are chewing, you are calm which creates a clearer and calmer channel for inspiration and creativity.
Healthy Benefits of Chewing – Tip #5
When you chew your foods thoroughly you reduce breath odor. One of the reasons people suffer with bad breath is because of incomplete digestion and elimination. When you under chew your foods and over eat, food tends to ferment and putrify.
