Eczema Brown Spots

My eyes are hazel, what color eye shadow should i buy?
Sometimes they're brown and sometimes green. I have fair skin and because I just dyed my hair too dark...it's black. Any suggestions?
Also I have eczema on my face and I have somewhere to go so i wanted to buy some foundation and I read that if you have red spots (which I do from eczema) you should use something with a yellow undertone???
I would suggest a light color for you like white or a nice light pink color. As far as eczema I love the foundation from either Mary Kay (if you can afford it) or the kind made my Maybelline in a kind of squirt bottle. It a bit expensive but is very good at covering any blemishes. I get acne a lot and I use that and it covers it up great. I also have dark brown hair and green eyes and fair skin. I wear the pink chiffon from cover girl for eye shadow, black eyeliner, and black mascara. I also use a light colored lip gloss to add a little color but not too much. good luck

What Kind Of Body Cream Do You Actually Need?
It never fails to amaze me. Most people buy a body cream based just on its fancy packaging and slick marketing. They do not pause to think about what the cream contains and whether it’s really useful for them or not. Now let’s make sure you do not end up making this same mistake.
First, we need to understand our requirement. What all things should a good body cream be able to do for your skin?
The number one skin problem today is of wrinkling. This has become so common now, that you can even find people in their 20s or 30s with the beginning of wrinkles showing up on their skin. We may chalk this up to stress and hectic lifestyles, but its still a problem even amongst the younger generation.
Age spots are very common in people who spend large amounts of time outdoors. The Ultraviolet rays of the sun increase the Melanin content in the skin. The increased concentration of this pigment, causes dark brown spots on the skin which we know as age spots.
Using harsh soaps and cleansers makes the skin lose its natural moisture pretty quickly. Exposure to the elements is also a big factor behind dryness of the skin.
To be really effective, your body cream should be able to handle all these problems.
The good news is – there are creams out there that can do all of this in a completely natural way.
Look for creams containing effective ingredients like Cynergy TK™. This extract is derived from the wool of New Zealand sheep and is very effective at enhancing the Collagen and Elastin content in the skin. Increasing the quantity of these two proteins is the most effective way to remove wrinkles from the skin.
Phytessence Wakame is a sea kelp from Japan that is a very effective beauty aid. It protects the skin from the UV rays of the sun and prevents the formation of age spots on it. It also nourishes the skin with a host of vitamins and minerals which keep the skin healthy and damage free.
Babassu is a natural and light wax derived from the Brazilian Babassu palm. It moisturizes the skin gently without making it oily. It is good for both dry and oily skins, and is also beneficial in case of eczema or itchy and dry skin.
