Eczema Burning Sensation

Is anyone familiar with Pagets Disease of the Breast? ?

I have looked at the symptoms below listen on www.mayoclinic.com :

Flaky or scaly skin on your nipple
Crusty, oozing or hardened skin resembling eczema, on the nipple, areola or both
Redness
Itching
A burning sensation
Straw-colored or bloody nipple discharge
A flattened or inverted nipple
Affected areas beyond the nipple and areola
A distinct lump underneath the nipple and areola
Skin and nipple changes usually in one breast only
Fluctuating skin changes early on, making it appear as if your skin is healing on its own

And I find I am experiencing almost all of these. However, the website says the disease occurs in women over 50 years of age, and I am only a teenager. Please help me, I am very scared.

Paget’s disease is always associated with DCIS and looks nothing like inflammatory breast cancer. Don’t even consider this.

From 1975 to 2000: 1.3 in every 1,000,000 15- to 19-year-olds were diagnosed with breast cancer. So it is very unlikely for you to have it. It is much more likely that something has irritated your skin and/or nipple causing these symptoms. However, if your nipple has suddenly become inverted you should see a doctor right away as this is a symptom of a serious underlying problem. Talk to your mom about it she will know if you should go to a doctor.
