Eczema Can't Sleep
easy relief for eczema?
my eczema started up again last year after me not having it for 15 years and it has come back once again. I have a doc appointment tomorrow to see if i can have sleeping tablets again as at night the need to itch is unbearable is there any simple solutions if i can't be put back on the sleeping tablets, none of the creams i have been given really help with needing to itch. i have tried cold water but that only helps for a little while, any other easy solutions?
i have tried taking antihistamine tablets but still no luck i have also been prescribed Hydrocortiscone cream and again it didn't work
