Eczema Creams That Work

What is are some good ointments/creams/gels for eczema? (THAT WORK)?
Now i've tried a lot of things. They turn out oily and blotchy and itchy and red and just a nightmare. They all failed and im not sure what to do. Im embarrassed of it and i want to be able to go swimming without wearing the ones with sleeves. Or wear tees without people being disgusted. So what are some ointments, creams, gels, etc that are good for eczema? And actually WORK.
Please and Thankyou.
It's horses for courses as they say. What works well for one doesn't necessarily work for another (with the exception of maybe steroidal medications; and those do more harm than good). You may want to try anti-eczema cream and spray by Champori : it is the best medicine for eczema in MY book (it's herbal and it's been keeping me clear for more than a year now). If it doesn't work for you - it's free: they have money back guarantee.
Best,
Stella
