diet i should go on for eczema?

i have eczema and i've decided to cut foods out of my diet to see if i am allergic to anything. i was planning on cutting out dairy, eggs, peanuts, and wheat. should i cut out certain types of meat too? i've heard about people cutting out red meat and seafood. what types of meats should I eat and stay away from? i've also heard that taking vitamins and fatty acid supplements helps too. please help! thank you

Keeping a journal can be very useful indeed. Apart from not needing to remember everything in your head, a daily journal can be very revealing after you have completed your skin rejuvenation program.

In fact with any health issue, when you are trying to make positive changes a journal can make a big difference.

You should make a note of all the food you eat at each meal. Make of note of whether you feel hungry or satisfied. How do you feel before and after each meal. Whether you notice any reaction with your skin.

After a short time you will begin to notice a change in the way you feel and the way your skin appears.

Within a short time you will notice that your skin heals quicker and the number of open wounds deminish. You will also notice that your skin does not scar so much.

By making daily notes you will begin to notice that your self esteem becomes elevated and you are much happier and satisfied with yourself.

If you make a note of any detail that comes to mind you can return to your journal after a few days to see for yourself that things are beginning to happen. Changes are manifesting.

When you make a note of it in your journal you will also tend to remember it and create new ideas to test and experiment with.
