i bought georges special dry skin cream and i have eczema like red patches on my skin and im wondering if this cream is any good or not and also i work as a cook in a kitchen and im wondering what other gloves can i use other then latax thats ok for my skin

i have red patches like this on my arms and back of hands just like the picture please help and maybe give me some tips to get rid of this i went to the doctor and got steroid cream for my feet and i got rid of it right away but i heard there bad creams to use and also i am in mixed martial arts and wear boxing gloves and sweat what can i do about that please help me thanks
Consult your pharmacist, there are many good creams for eczema available over the counter.By what you said it sounds to be itchy - creams with cold tar and camphor are pretty good for relieving some of the itch and lubricating the skin.If the condition worsens then a dermatologist should prescribe an ointment with cortisone.
