Eczema Hands Peeling

Sever dry skin on hands?
Every time I use a lot of water on my hands I get severe dry skin... My skin on my finger tips and palms starts to peel off sort of looks like dead skin. Also, when I take a shower my finger tips get "pruny" very quick in a matter of a couple of minutes. I have tried using lotion and it does not work at all. I think it may be eczema? However it is not itchy or red.. it just feels weird which is annoying. Any thoughts on what it is and are there over the counter meds? thanks
It is not eczema. A manicure/pedicure will help. Or, you can buy those scrapers and do it yourself. Just simply scrape off the dead, peeling skin. You can also use olive oil on your hands. It's very moisturizing.
