How can I stop my head from bleeding?

I have really bad eczema, especially on my scalp. I sometimes unintentionally scratch while I'm asleep, and yesterday morning I woke up to find my hair covered in dried blood. It hasn't stopped bleeding since, despite holding a soft rag to it for hours. Help!
