Eczema Itchy Bumps

red itchy bumps on wrist and feet.?
I have a patch of very dry, bumpy, itchy (almost looks scaley) on my left wrist. Then on my feet I have red itchy bumps that almost look like pimples and are filled with liquid, that start at the inner sides of my feet and end at the soles, it's not patches just very random bumps.
2 years ago I had this but it was on both wrists, feet, and back. When I went to the doctor then he said it was an allergic reaction, told me to take allergy medicine before bed and perscribed a cream. It lasted about 3 months after and left me with scars, and I went to another doctor who told me I had eczema.
I know someone with eczema and it doesn't match their skin conditions.
It doesn't look anything like flea bites, scabies, ringworm, psoriosis.
It itches like hell and is very embarassing. Any ideas what it could be? or what I can do to heal it?
That sounds like lichen planus, i have it. As crazy as it sounds I think some doctors don't know much about that specific condition unless they specialize in skin related problems.
Here's some info on it

I actually diagnosed myself because i always wondered what was the scally dark/purple bump on my wrist and i googled it all and found it.
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/images/ency/fullsize/1561.jpg if it looks like this than there's your answer....supposedly theres no cure just treatments. My right wrist bump is gone and hasn't come back, i healed it by doing the ice and salt burn trick on the area, I DON'T RECOMMEND IT Though!
What Causes Itchy Bumps On Skin
Whenever dry and cold weather comes, some people tend to get itchy bumps on skin. Sometimes they appear when you are constantly scratching yourself, and sometimes those itchy bumps are the very first sign of winter skin allergy. It is very unpleasant and potentially dangerous condition that re-appear every year. Can it be cured once and for all? Yes, it can.
But first, let's demystify this ugly skin disease.
What causes the itchy bumps on skin?
If it appears regularly every fall or winter, it is so called winter eczema. The cause of it is dehydration of top skin layers. The skin is losing liquids, it becomes extremely dry and irritable and it start to itch. When you scratch it, and you scratch it often because the itch will not go away, your skin starts to lose its integrity -- it flares up, it becomes red, bloody and painful. The most dangerous part of it all is the possibility of so called opportunistic infections to appear. This happens when bacterial colonies that normally reside on your skin, such as certain types of staphylococci, infect your tissue because the upper layers of the skin become thinner, vulnerable and thus more susceptible to infections.
Usually, soon after itching and scratching the itchy bumps appear. They are ugly, they are everywhere and they itch like hell.
So, how do you treat these itchy bumps on your skin?
Naturally. You will have to treat the cause. The most effective method is to rehydrate your skin without hurting it in the process. Most of the doctors you have gone to probably told you that you had some kind of skin allergy which is virtually incurable, and the best medicine they could give you were re-hydrating lotions. On the other hand, the worst medicine they can prescribe you are corticosteroids. Avoid those at all cost, because they can be highly detrimental to your health!
So, what exactly do you need to cure your seasonal itch?
How about using a natural product for a change, the one that does not cost you more than a movie ticket, and that can make your skin healthy and beautiful once again!
Itchy bumps on your skin are easy to beat!
