How can I get softer silkier hair?

My hair is already pretty soft and silky but I would like it to be softer and silkier.
With out using eggs, mayo, coconut (milk or oil)
I already use a deep conditioner and leave in conditioner. I don't use heat on my often I maybe blow dry my hair twice a month and straighten it on special occasions. I do shampoo my hair every day I'm at college (monday - thursday) because I keep getting things in my hair and I have a shampoo that I use for an itchy scalp as I have an itchy scalp from eczema.

If you get a bowl and mix:
1 and a half cups water
half a cup all purpose flour
2 tablespoons lemon juice
A tablespoon almond extract
and a blended banana

spred even ly from roots to tips with comb and let sit for 5-7 minuets, your hair will shine! it will incerese strength, make silkier and softer and help protect against split ends!

Living with Eczema

Eczema is a skin condition that afflicts more people then you realize. As a matter of fact in America alone there are over 15 million people coping with the condition.

The most common “victims” are babies, though children and adults get it as well.  Resembling a rash, the most common form of eczema is referred to as atopic dermatitis.

This type of eczema is an allergic reaction to something. The condition can be very itchy and if you scratch it the skin gets inflamed and turns red.

While it afflicts so many people you are more likely to get it if there is a family history of the condition.

The bad news  is that there is not a cure for the condition. However there are things you can do to cope with the itchiness, tenderness and redness.

As mentioned above, the most common type is an allergic reaction to something. The first line of defense then is to avoid whatever irritates your skin.

Unfortunately our homes are filled with possible irritants. This can include detergents, lotions, soaps, household cleansers, aftershave, perfume and other solvents.

Frequent washing can also cause eczema to flare up, so make sure that you are keeping dry and washing only when necessary. When your skin does get wet make sure that you dry it completely.

Keep in mind that eczema can appear anywhere on the body, but the most common places are the face, where the arms end, the neck and where the legs bend and hands.

Do your best to protect these areas from the elements. Cold weather is the worst for those who suffer from eczema. Low humidity also makes eczema worse.

The type of clothes you wear can also help you keep your eczema under control. Synthetic clothing and clothes made of wool can be irritating so opt for clothes made from cotton or a cotton blend.

When you shower use a mild cleanser recommended for your skin type. Don’t go overboard with the amount you use or the number of times you wash, less is better, and always pat your skin dry don’t rub it dry. Once you are dry make sure that you apply a moisturizer.

When you are choosing a lotion make sure that you get a lotion that is alcohol free. Alcohol can dry out the skin even more which will irritate the eczema. You should also choose a lotion that is fragrance free.

When you are looking to help keep your eczema under control you want an oil-based lotion or cream made for your skin type.

Where you live can also help your eczema.

If you live somewhere that the temperatures are warmer and the air is humid you will have fewer issues with flare ups than those that live in colder, dryer areas.

You can’t control Mother Nature, but you can control the environment inside your home.  Keep the air in your home slightly humid. In the summer when most people are pumping the air through their house… you may want to open up the windows and use fans instead.

Eczema is not curable but it is treatable and completely manageable if you know what to do to keep flare ups under control.
