Eczema New Treatments
My 3 year old girl has rash on her neck with small raised white heads?
I tried applying Hydrocort and giving her anti histamines but it didn't go away. What is it? She has a history of eczema but the white heads were new. Further, the eczema always responded with treatment. Will appreciate your help!
