I have severe eczema on my hands...?
it's only bad on my hands. I've had bouts of eczema my whole life, but its never been this bad. I've also been really stressed out lately and having anxiety issues. I am assuming this has a lot to do with my skin condition, since I've heard that stress makes the itching worse. Anyway, can anyone help me out with treatment, either herbal or over the counter?
