Can Dyshidrosis Eczema form on the wrist?

I've looked around on the web to find out what the quarter size rash on my wrist is and it looks like it might be Dyshidrosis Eczema... it says it can be on the palms and fingers, so does the wrist count as well? The rash gets super itchy to where I scratch the heck out of it, scratches/cuts up, long time to heal and always has that ugly red, scarry, bumpy look. I'm 28 years old and it only started appearing a few months back... why is this happening all of a sudden???
I have no health insurance & no money so I can't go see a doctor.... how the heck do I get rid of this and is it permanent?

Other info: gets itchy at night, have tried Aquafor (sp?), reg lotions, hydrogen peroxide... none which help. Also... it started developing while using things that I had been using for like a year or so (same perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, laundry det, etc). What gives?

Yea eczema can form anywhere on your body. There is no cure for it. Some people are born with it and some just randomly end up getting it. Sometimes your body just decides to react to a product even it you have been using it for years. So something you are using could be the trigger for that rash on your wrist. To stop the itch and help clear it up use vinegar to clean it, then put on some regular Eucerin cream followed by a thin layer of your aquaphor. Here is a article talking about dealing with eczema.
