Weird scaly skin patch on my forearm?

I don't have health insurance so I am seeing what I can find out about this online. I've included some pictures. Do you know what it is? I thought eczema and/or psoriasis but it doesn't look like any of the pictures.

it could be ringworm, or just a dry spot, if you dont have insurance go to a pharmacy or walgreens or something and ask them what you should use. make sure you put lotion on
