The company was established by business woman Antoaneta Tsocheva who saw an opportunity to build a business, which not only met a growing demand for an efficient and professional domestic cleaning service as well as commercial cleaning business.

Antoaneta has succeeded in building a substantial business in a thriving industry by recognising the need for a reliable, satisfactory and affordable cleaning service.

In charge of the company since the beginning, through a combination of dedication and prudent financial management Antoaneta has overseen an enviable growth record.
Operations Manager Teodora Ivanova is a specialist in delivering innovative, cost-effective solutions tailored to clients’ needs, and also co-ordinates training and support.
A team of administrative personnel manage the everyday operations of the business.
The FastKlean head office is located in Enfield, North London. Our high street premises provide us with great visibility, and clients frequently call in to enquire about our range of services and to discuss their particular requirements.
Cleaning staff
We have a team of approximately 200 full and part-time cleaners. Professionally trained, enthusiastic and responsible, they are all thoroughly security-vetted before being allocated to clients.
Services we offer Our regular cleaning service is generally carried out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, but can be arranged at any other frequency to suit your company’s needs. Commercial cleaning

We operate a range of professional commercial cleaning and maintenance services throughout the London area. This can be a regular contract, or alternatively, we can provide a one-off ‘deep clean’. Residential and domestic cleaning
FastKlean has been providing domestic cleaners to private and residential homes for over 7 years. As with commercial cleaning, this can be on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. We are also equipped to provide additional domestic services such as washing, ironing, shopping and dog walking.

FastKlean uses a unique Pure Water system to clean windows. Using 100% purified water, this can eradicate the toughest grime, without the need for chemicals. Environmentally-friendly, the result is sparkling windows without smears or stains. The service provided also includes cleaning of window frames and sills. We would be pleased to provide costs for cleaning other structural areas, such as eaves and guttering.
Hard floor cleaning
There can be nothing more welcoming than a beautifully polished floor. Using professional machinery and quality polishes, we leave hard floors with both a high gloss finish and good slip resistance.
Mattresse cleaning
Mattresses can contain dust mites – their microscopic droppings being known to aggravate the symptoms of asthma, eczema and other allergies. Using a highly professional method FastKlean can provide a deep clean to a mattress.
Handyman service
We provide a ‘handyman’ service to undertake everyday repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating work, electrical, plumbing and gardening jobs, and general building work.

When an operative is approved by a client and allocated to a job, we try to ensure that they stay for the duration of the contract. This provides consistency, a familiar face and peace of mind. If a cleaner cannot attend on an appointed day, we will provide suitable cover so that your schedule is not disrupted.
We are fully acredited members of The Confederation of Cleaning Professionals, the Construction Health and Safety Scheme (CHAS), and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC).

Contract flexibility
A high degree of flexibility is built into every contract FastKlean undertakes. We assign an experienced member of staff to the contract management role, allowing a cleaning team to be resourceful and to act independently of any site management team.
Our flexible approach ensures the smooth delivery of services provided to sites. Specific periodic tasks can be carried out with no loss of quality to everyday tasks, and matters requiring special and immediate attention can be dealt with quickly and in a straightforward manner.
Prformance monitoring
A variety of factors are taken into account relating to performance during the duration of a contract. These include staff presentation, attendance and timekeeping, carrying out the tasks required, stock control, site procedures, management support, accounting accuracy and health and safety.
Before any contract is confirmed, FastKlean will agree a standard level of performance to be maintained within set time periods. We will then supply a regular audit, which you can use to oversee our performance.
Every site contract will be allocated a Regional Manager. It is their responsibility to make sure the performance targets are met, and to
carry out the regular audit with the appropriate individual on the client side. This guarantees an effective working relationship and allows any issues that may arise to be dealt with promptly.
The Manager will also be responsible for periodic work, equipment and staffing levels, and will be responsible for periodic work, equipment and staff numbers, and will always be available to deal with any additional issues should they arise.
