Eczema Sunburn
What's more likely to be causing the allergic reaction?
I suffer from eczema, usually from chlorine. Recently though, I've been getting a rash from just going out into the sun. I've never burnt, and I doesn't look like sunburn, so I doubt it's the sun. I wondered whether it's more likely to be a heat rash, grass allergy or suncream? I suffer slightly from hayfever and noticed that when I rubbed my eyes after touching the grass they puffed up a bit. But the places where I've got the rash i.e. mid arm didn't touch the grass

How To Treat Severe Eczema

Severe Eczema Treatment
Most doctors will usually prescribe corticosteroid creams or immunosuppressant medicines to try and bring down any redness and inflammation so that the dryness and itchiness can then be treated. Dietary supplements are also proving beneficial as they work with the skin from the inside out. Particularly effective for treating eczema is evening primrose oil which helps increase the levels of the essential fatty acids in the body. Many people also have good results choosing natural alternatives such as naturopathy and Chinese herbal medicine. Make sure you go to a reputable practitioner that has some experience in treating eczema to ensure both good results and safety as well.
Severe Eczema in Children
