Eczema Swimming
Eczema Swimming
My fi=riend wants me to go swimming with her but i have eczema, what do i do?

I cant tell her, im so embarresed.

You know what? The truth of the matter is, if she "is" your friend, the only way it's going to bother "her," is just the fact that her friend (you) have it, and wishes you didn't. I have eczema also, so I know how "you" feel. By the way, if the cream the doctor prescribes doesn't seem to work? (it didn't for me) Go to Wal-Mart and there is a cream called "Utterly Smooth". It is only about 2.00 a tube, and it feels great, and clears up my skin pretty well too. Also remember when you put "any" cream on your skin, only rub in one direction. If you rub it in "both" directions, it makes the eczema spread! Yeah, I had to learn the hard way. Anyway, when you tell your friend about it, don't make a big deal out of it, just mention it, and tell her its not contagous, then drop the subject, okay? Another words, if you don't act like it's that big of a deal, neither will she. Good luck.

Psoriasis – 100% Natural Treatment For Long Lasting Relief!

Five years ago I discovered the Dead Sea! OK, I know it's been around for centuries but when I say discovered, I mean discovered how it helps me with the psoriasis that's been plaguing me for years!

For those lucky people who don't suffer from psoriasis, it's a skin ailment that can suddenly appear. No one knows why and there's no permanent cure. Psoriasis isn't contagious, it's not life threatening and doesn't, physically, prevent you from living a 100% normal life. The problem is that the symptoms of psoriasis include patches of dry, scaly, flakey skin that can be very unsightly to look at. Because of this, many psoriasis sufferers won't do anything that exposes their skin to the public eye. Some psoriasis sufferers, for example, haven't been to a swimming pool or the beach for years!

Despite trying creams, lotions and all sorts of treatments, I never found anything that gave me long lasting relief for my psoriasis. Then I read an article about the therapeutic benefits on psoriasis of treatments at the Dead Sea. The article explained that the high mineral content of the water and mud, the dry air and low UV rates in the sunlight, helped over 90% of psoriasis sufferers. Dry, scaly skin disappeared within days, and after a full course of treatment (anywhere between a week to a month), over 90% of psoriasis sufferers reported remission periods of up to nine months!

I had to try it out! I've got to say that it was the best decision of my life because within eight days, my skin looked fresh with no sign of the psoriasis. I felt great, relaxed and for the first time in over three years, went swimming in a bikini! By the time I went home – I know this is a cliché – I was a new person!

Like I say, that was five years ago and since then I've been back three times. In between I've hardly used any medication or creams, the effects of the psoriasis are far less severe and my life has turned around 180 degrees!

If you suffer from psoriasis you really should find out more!
