Eczema Symptoms In Babies
no cure for diseases?
I mean they havent even found cures for even small diseases or symptoms that don't kill people like hepatitis, herpes, eczema, etc etc., and those are minor ones compared to cancer, aids, diabetes etc etc. But how can we make technology to fly to the moon, or military weapons with high accuracy, bombs that can blow up cities, fast planes, but scientist can't find cures. New high technology coming out every year, cell phones, t.v, cars, every year. And these are just toys. It's like technology never stays in one level but medicine takes really really small baby steps. And I know technology is not something simple. And I know there are vaccines and cures coming out but not as the same rate as technology. So why is this? Im confused.
humans and diseases are biological organisms. they are constantly changing, no 2 people react to medicine the same way, and its not a hard science.
engineering and physics are always obeying the same laws, so its easy to figure out how to get to the moon.
diseases are different in every person and they are CONSTANTLY evolving.
