"Gel" (liquid) soaps and Dish detergent- both are aggravating my eczema?

I've been having a hard time trying to narrow down my causes for dishydrosis. When I get flare-ups, I get yellow vesicles/bullae on the tops of my fingers joints on the Index and Ring fingers.

I seemed to have the problem under control when I started wearing latex gloves when I hand-wash dishes. However, I recently started using a shower gel, and noticed another small flare-up on these memory-weak points.

I'm just wondering if there is a common ingredient/property shared with gel-type soaps/detergents?
I've used shampoos for years without eczema problems. Is sodium laureth sulfate in all soaps (bar soaps), or just gel types?
OK, thanks. I'll give you best answer.

Sodium lauryl/laureth sulfate. Do you have a problem with shampoos too? If so, switch to baby shampoo. Health food stores sell special soaps and detergents for people with sensitivities, but they can be a little pricey.

*edit: CA, it is used in many foaming products, including bar soaps and the like. Usually the cheaper ones contain more. If it's listed in the first ten ingredients of the product, then you know it has a higher concentration.
