Eczema Vitamin C

How do I counteract the side effects of Penicillin?Pls help!?
I am on a 5 day course of Penicillin for a gum infection. I am very sensitive to antibiotics (although not allergic) and I'm very nervous of any side-effects I might get. Apart from taking probiotics and vitamin C,what else could I do? I am prone to eczema, but otherwise quite healthy. I'm a vegan and never eat junk. I don't drink or smoke. Thanks!
I'm not going to waste my time responding to the first reply. A PROPER vegan diet is completely healthy and will not bite anyone anywhere.
Look at upping your intake of food rich in antioxidants - blueberries etc.
Make sure that you are drinking 2 - 3 litres of water a day to keep yourself well hydrated, and you should be just fine.
Of course, I don't need to remind you that if the side effects are problematic, that you should report them to your doctor.
Hope this helps.
Eczema Simple Solutions

Many people find themselves confused and disappointed after seeking medical attention for their eczema. Here are a couple proven solutions to help you with the problems associated with eczema.
Change Your Diet-Eating Right To Control Eczema
Your diet plays a very important role in how you can keep your eczema under control. Eating the wrong foods can trigger a reaction very quickly. Unfortunately, most people don't even know that what they're eating could be the cause of their eczema showing up. It has been known for quite some time now that foods that are highly acidic are a major contributor to Eczema flare ups. Cutting down on highly acidic foods will have great benefits for you if you suffer with eczema. Consider taking a natural kelp supplement which can be found in most health stores. This will help with the levels of acidity in your body.
Moisturizing Your Skin
Keeping your skin moisturized is extremely important. What you moisturize your skin with is also important. Try to use a moisturizer that is unscented. The scenting agents found in most moisturizers can cause your eczema to become worse. You need to moisturize your skin at least twice a day. Do this in the morning and evening. It is best to moisturize immediately following your shower or bath. Be sure when you dry yourself, that you do not rub the towel on your body, but rather pat yourself dry. Applying the moisturizer immediately after patting yourself dry will help your body absorb the moisturizer for effectively.
Know How To Dress
Replacing your clothing and bedding with 100% cotton is the way to go to help prevent minor irritation that can cause a long term problem. Do away with any clothing, bedding, or towels that irritate your skin. Think about switching to a natural unscented detergent and fabric softener. Regular detergents and softeners can cause havoc to your skin.
Vitamin E Cream
Applied directly to areas affected by Eczema, Vitamin E is excellent as it has anti microbial qualities that are proven to be affective. The majority of discomfort and itching associated with eczema are caused by microbes and bacteria. It is also important to use natural vitamin E, not the synthetic brands.
