Can u cure Eczema perminantly?
i have Eczema below my eye brows and on the upper side of my right elbow. I have seen doctors and they have prescribed Hydro-cortisone of different stengths, the redness and flakyness goes away however it comes back. Over summer i had a good 2 months where i had no sign of eczema. Now that its becoming colder, the eczema has come back.
I do not use soap and other irritants, i only use qv which has a PH of 6.
im wondering if theres someone/something that can cure my eczema or if theres chemicals in everyday life that i should avoid. ie wool

I too have been a long sufferer of the dreaded Eczema. The best things I have found that worked for me are:
# Avoid wool
# Have an allergy test - find out if you have any reactions
# Try and keep your diet as wholesome as possible
# Use no regular soap
# keep showers short and cool
# Stay as stress free as possible
# Use Dead Sea Salts
Soak in Dead Sea Salts every day when a flare-up is active. Keep the bath temp just warm NEVER hot. I have been able to control my eczema by doing this. It's not cured but is nowhere near as bad as it used to get when I didn't follow the above. The natural cures work great and I found the dead sea salts work for me. The natural products though do not do miracles and do not work overnight. Try and steer away from cortisone cremes - my skin is really thin in some places because of it. But sometimes there's no way out from that. BTW buy your natural products over Ebay - much cheaper than retail.
