I'd really like to do hot yoga but I'm scared..?

I have eczema and I'm scared hot yoga will cause it to flare up badly. Right now, my eczema is generally under control although I do have break outs. I generally stay away from working out in fear that the sweat will cause my eczema to flare up.

Should I start working out and take hot yoga? What will this do to my skin?
