Exema Psoriasis
Itchy feet and hands the last 2 days....?
I don't have any skin conditions like exema or psoriasis, but all of yesterday I had a horrendous itch on the sole of my right foot I could not get rid of. I tried moisturising it but it came back an hour or so later. Today the itch seems have moved to my left palm. Honestly I have no skin conditions and the skin is not broken or chapped. Could it be anxiety or some psychological thing??
Sometimes you just get itchy!! Try putting hydro cortisone cream on it, or Benadryl cream. These usually will help more than a moisturizer will, sometimes moisturizers can irritate the skin more than make it better. If the problem continues after a few days, see a physician, as it could be a fungal infection, which is easily treated. It is also possible it could be a psychological thing, but I would just wait a little while to see if it goes away. Best of Luck!!
