Facial Eczema Causes
24 year old with VERY dry AND spot prone skin?
I am 24 years old and I am rapidly running out of face moisturisers I haven't tried! My skin is very dry, (I suffer from eczema on my arms and legs) and I regularly have small dry patches of skin on my face. If I use a heavy moisturiser I tend to get spots and blotches on my face but lighter moisturisers aren't powerful enough. Does anyone know of a heavy facial moisturiser that won't cause spots (maybe antibacterial)?

i would go to a dermatologist!! i have eczema and they recommeneded Aquaphor. I use three kinds so my face doesnt become dependant one kind... I use Aquaphor, Cetaphil, and just a regualr Aveeno body Lotion...
