Facial Eczema Pictures
What is this really dry, red patch on my arm...?
ok so here are two pictures of it:

I really dont know what it is. My grandma think its from a burn.. but i dont remember burning myself.. My aunt says is a cold sore, which i dont think it is because it doesnt really look like one... and my friends think its just a rash.
I get facials once in a while so i asked the lady who does my facials what she thinks it is and she said that she has no idea and that i should see a doctor and that it might be a eczema 
I'm really scared; i dont know what it is.
Its been there for about a week or two.. its red, very dry, and it hurts sometimes when it rubs against clothing. PLEASE HELP!
and if it IS an eczema... how do i get rid of it?!
It is possibly a patch of nummular eczema, or a mild case of psoriasis. I could not evaluate the edge of it, so I was unable to decide if it's fungal (ringworm) or not, but I don't think so. Your dermatolgoist can evaluate it quickly and prescribe an appropriate cream for you.
