FOOD ALLERGY!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!?
Food allergy and ways to find out what im allergic to
i got bad skin, had it since i was a baby and it was eczema and now im 20 years old and have a lil acne on face and upper body and have been suffering from boils for a few months.and im starting to think its a food im probably allergic to.
WHAT WAY CAN I FIND OUT WHAT FOODS IM ALLERGIC TO AND NO THE DOCTOR WONT REFER ME TO A SPECIALIST AND I CANT AFFORD TO GO SEE ONE.

i would say think about all the foods you have eaten since you had the boils and acne. what i would do is eat what i had before and test to see if my problems got worse (but i dont recommend it for you because your boils can get way worse so dont do it unless they've gone.) or you can, its your choice. i really wish you could go to the doctor though and your doctor sucks if he wont refer you to a specialist, so get a new one!
