Foods That Make Psoriasis Worse
What foods/vitamins help hydrate skin?
I've tried pretty much every cream under the sun, and they sometimes help but it's never permanent. I'm pretty sure I must be lacking in some sort of nutrients, which is partly the cause of it.. but whenever I go to the doctors to ask about it they just give me a new cream to try rather than help me understand what could be causing it in the first place!
Is there any type of food that is really good for hydrating skin? It's just I have excema, and scalp psoriasis, and dandruff which gets really bad now and then.. and having dark hair.. it's just your worst nightmare
I've lived with it for years and I'm sure there has to be another solution rather than just trying creams and seeing if they work. Anti-dandruff shampoo is supposed to work... but just seems to make the problem even worse ¬_¬
Any suggestions would be really welcome.. this is something that really gets me down
