Is there a cure for eczema?
I have eczema mainly on my hands (fingers) but also have milder eczema behind my right ear.
I've had it for about 2 years now and recently found our I am allergic to dust mites (my house/bedroom is pretty clean) and cats (I don't have a cat but have a dog- standard poodle), and am a little allergic to corn (the bump was very small for this so I don't think I am too irritated by corn).
Is there a cure? Should I continue taking the prescription creams? they are strong and I hate using them (i.e. diprolene, hydrocortisome 2%), they only help for a while then the eczema comes back. Or should I stop using them altogether (my mum keeps buying them for me and wants me to use them, she really trusts what the doctors say- i am always skeptical with what they say but listen to my mum and use the creams)
also what soaps do people use for hand eczema? natural ones if possible with no sulphates.
