eczema randomly came back?
i used to have bad eczema as a kid and now it has randomly come back after i had been gone from it for about 4 years id say... i read excess sweating can do this and i started doing mixed martial arts which makes me sweat a lot 4x a week and stuff maybe thats it but i dont wanna quit because of it. how can i clear up my eczema and keep it away? btw ive been doing this for about 1 month of martial arts and i just randomly got exzema the other day.. so not sure if thats the cause
it started a little piece on my face i thought was acne then spread more on my face, now i have some on my arms leg chest, etc. i can tell its eczema because when i itch i can feel the little spots that it makes when i itch
