Lotions For Psoriasis
How do you get rid of psoriasis? Which lotions and essential oils should I use?
Do you know a good cure/remedy for skin and scalp psoriasis? I heard that the following remedies work well:
- Vitamin E lotions. Where should I get them? (at Kiehl's? Body Shop?)
- Put rosemary essential oils in my shampoo. (should I get organic ones from Whole Foods?)
- Using shampoos that do not contain sodium laureth sulfate (SLS) because it's an irritant. (I will look in Whole Foods for it)
Any recommendations what to use, or where to get these products?
