Psoriasis Help...? OTC Products...?
Does anyone know of any OTC Psoriasis products (that actually work) ? I am using an expensive cream but it seems to be making me get more spots...I want something to use on my off days (that I'm not using the Dovobet) I've heard of Epsom salts etc...I'm just looking for some OTC products that people have used and have had success with. Thanks ♥

My pharmacist recommended Cetahpil to wash with and then Eucerin as a moisturizer. I have been using both (Eucerin plus repair lotion) and also Eucerine everyday protection with spf 30 over the Euc. plus. It has really helped the flaking and the burning in the areas where the rash is the worst. I does make your skin a little oily feeling especially if you accidentally use too much. Just a few drops are necessary. A little bit of a powder such as mineral wear gives a nice finish and gets rid of the shine.
