Pictures Of Eczema Bumps

Is this eczema [or however you spell it]?

I have these red bumps on both of my arms. I've had them since I was about 4. They bother me cause of the bumps, but they don't itch like regular eczema. Here's a picture but it'd not too clear.

You might want to see your dermatologist. It may be eczema, psoriasis, or something totally different.
