Plaque Type Psoriasis
Psoriasis advice needed?
I have had plaque psoriasis for nearly ten years (the type that if you damage your skin it turns to psoriasis)... I stopped using the steroid creams as they are ridiculously expensive and don't really work too well..I've had a really bad flare up mostly on my legs and would like to try a natural remedy..I read somewhere about coconut oil and lemon oil but it didn't really go into any real depth as to what to do....
Any suggestions?
I have psoriasis as well... or at least used to. For me it was my scalp that was affected and affected bad 
After years upon years of research I actually came across something that worked. Now I have no scaling coverage on my scalp 
Found this in a medical journal, and am giving the information away freely.
There is an asian medicine called Qing Dai or "Indigo Naturalis" that is given for internal inflamation. This blueish powder can be made into a topical and applied to the affected areas of psoriasis... within a couple weeks the condition greatly diminishes and for me vanished all together.
This stuff can be found in bulk cheaply online from various places. The idea is to take a tablespoon or two and mix it into your soap or shampoo "depending on where your affected" and just bathe as normal. In about two weeks of use you'll notice the spots shrink and for me they were completely gone in a month of regular use.
Now the negative part. There is no permanent cure yet, so you'll have to continue using it. On the positive side, I have not had any of the conditions return since I started using the stuff.
