Psoriasis Alcohol
Psoriasis. Any tips to help clear my psoriasis?
I'm 20 years old and I've had psoriasis for quite a few years now just wondering if anyone has any tips how to clear my psoriasis. I use my creams that do work but just wondering if you know any diet tips?..I obviously know about the alcohol ones etc...
I developed psoriasis when my first son was born, so I am one of those who firmly believe that it is brought on by stress. I also had it on my face. It did eventually go after a number of years. They say it is hereditary and my dad had it, and now my second son has it. As you probably know there is no cure. None of the ointments worked over a long period, and some of them actually made it worse. I personally don't know of any diet tips, but I and my son found that avoiding soap helps. I also found that not wearing makeup is a must.My son has also told me that it seems to flare up with him if he eats chocolate.
