Psoriasis And Eczema Difference

Psoriasis or eczema...what's the difference?

I have had problems with my skin for a long time, since I was a little girl. In the past few years is has gotten worse. My question is...how do I know (without getting tested by a doctor) whether I have psoriasis or eczema? I get spots anywhere from the size of a pencil eraser to the size of a half dollar. These spots are usually red and have scaly dry skin on top of them (though sometimes they're just red for some time before developing dry skin over the top). I don't really get them in any particular place. I have gotten them on my legs, arms, neck, back, stomach, and face...pretty much everywhere. I have cream that the doctor gave me, but they prescribe the same stuff for psoriasis and eczema. Help me figure this out?!?!

Hello there. scaly dry skin indicates psoriasis, but only the dermatologist would know for sure. I suggest that you should try the herbal cream for psoriasis from champori.com: it works better than anything else for my psor.
Best,
Bernadette
