Apple cider vinigar on guttate psoriasis???does it really work ?
i have had this psoriasis since summer i had a mild outbreak but it cleared up pritty fast cause of the summer....but some remained on my arms and my butt:( i hate it i have had the same spots for months now and have been trying everything tanning helps a bit but if i miss a week it comes back in the same places:( i have now read that apple cider vinigar helps? so i bought some today and am hoping it will work:( sooo if anyone has any good info on this it will be a great help!
