Hide my Psoriasis?
Well, I was diagnosed with psoriasis when I was born (youngest case the hospital had ever seen) and over the years, I've done my best to hide it and when I couldn't hide it then I told ppl about it. Locker rooms were the worst but I just was very open about it and it was no big deal.
I'm 16 now...bathing suit season...beach...guys. Somehow I don't think guys will be quite as understanding. Should I try to cover up, avoid it altogether or just say "Hey, guess what, I've got a skin disease, yay!" I'm afraid they'll think I'm disgusting...because to be honest, I'd think it was gross if I was them...
Advice would be greatly appreciated.
