Psoriasis Belly Button
PSORIASIS; might sound stupid but it worked for me..?
I have had psoriasis for 6 years now on my elbows, knees, face, scalp, under arm, ears, belly button and ankles (only patches not entirely covered). i have had loads of creams/shampoos topical and i have even tried goats milk but nothing has worked. recently i have tried baby oil and it seems to be working, my elbows are clear after just a week of using it.. i have nothing under arm or on my belly button now, but i do use Dovobet at nights too. i put the baby oil in the bath and soak, then i moisturise and apply more baby oil to the patches, then the Dovobet. i use betecap for my scalp and that works for a short period of time. i use dovonex for my face as its not as strong as the steroid! i have also joined Slimming World as after i had my son i put on weight so maybe the eating healthier is helping to. hope this helps(: x
