Is it normal to dry skin in cold weather?
Ok, so I grew up in Florida and this is my first winter in VA, where it is cold in my book anyway. I always had problems with mild psoriasis on the face and ears but nothing like what is happening now. I'm having trouble with dry skin in the face, hands, lips, legs, thighs and groin / penis. Is this normal? I think my daily ritual a long hot shower is not much help.
